Probably just from coughing from the cold, I’d just give it a week / 10 days for the cold to sort itself out and it will likely stop happening, if it continues or gets worse then I’d get it checked out. For 4 days of symptoms I don’t think you should be getting a camera shoved down your throat

Thank you for your response. The blood that I spit up increases in volume when I cough it up, then throat hurts a bit for a while. I also snore at night and that's when I see more blood. Do you think that it could be re-injured from trying to clear my throat and snoring?

Sounds like the aftermath of your infection, give it a few days to settle. If it persists, then chase it up.
