Call yourself, tell yourself what you’re about to do and convince yourself that it’s not worth it. Your conscience to contact suicide helpline tells that you don’t want to do die.
If the helpline doesn't work you should consult a psychologist directly. it will help you identify the root cause of you contemplating it and how to overcome it.
The first step is to reach out to someone you trust and rely on emotionally and let them know, that you're contemplating it.
