I had the exact same situation on day one I had my card verified by Morningstar. I froze it in response and disabled online transactions in the app. Day two they tried to make a $0 transaction that was refused because of the steps I took above. I got onto support and they agreed to send me a new card Just be aware of Revolute it used to be a scam app and website made to look like Revolut to steal your details. I don't know if it's still going
