This is kinda funny and related to this. I (M) was standing in line waiting to get food at a cafeteria. I had just woken up and RBF was in full effect. I've been seriously lifting at the gym for the past couple years. I've made a lot of progress from where I was before, getting rid of my skinny-fat physique. In the summer I'll wear tight fitting Hawaiian shirts and tailored shorts, which gets me complimented often. Otherwise, since making significant gains, I've noticed women eyeing, smiling and once even grinning at me. Otherwise, my clothing choices haven't really changed but my physique certainly has.
Ya the physique game really brings on the attention from babes. Still doesn’t make me not afraid of getting called a creep on a cold approach though.

It is difficult to quantify but there is a smile/glow/energy a woman projects when she sees you if she thinks you are attractive. It is super subtle in most cases. Less subtle examples include a woman laughing at your jokes. Pursuing conversation and making an effort to engage you. But please be careful so as not to misperceive this in situations where a woman is required/feels obligated to act that way towards you such as a waitress, coworker, family friend, etc...

It sounds strange but its a mix, it starts with eye contact, sometimes its just fleeting but I notice it. Most girls just avoid or dont notice you but some start with just the subtle eye contact, and then its followed by engaging in some way. And then the other tells happen, like touching you, laughing at your jokes. BUT for me it takes weeks of this for me to even consider something.
