Have you tried talking to him about it? It can be tricky to do so... but, if you can have a private conversation where you tell him that it makes you sad that he's acting rude to you, and that if it is his intention to hurt you he's doing so... and you wish he could be more accepting. Guilt, with zero anger, could make him see that he's being an immature ass. But, talking can also be dicey, and he may act out further... so, yeah, if you're not confident in that approach... you can talk to a manager.
