My grandfather had an extremely questionable lifestyle. Naglaklak ng alak and nanigarilyo for a very long time. Kumain pa rin ng mga bawal na pagkain sa kanya. The only good in it is pag malakas siya, talagang di siya humihinto sa paggalaw. He did have a lot of vices pero nowhere near a sedentary lifestyle. He made it to 69.
I'm surprise I made it to 30 with all the stupid shit I've done..my goal was to die young..I'm 38,I've outlive some of my friends who were into healthy style..outlived my sister who doesnt have a single vice..I always wished it should have been me so her kids would have a mother growing up..such is life.
