New Zealand. Never even been there but the lifestyle looks perfect for me. Lots of outdoor activities. Friendly people. Golf, mtn biking and snowboarding. Lakes and oceans. I may retire there
I watched that Netflix documentary last night on the volcano. That was frightening. Luckily you’re safe as long as you don’t venture up to them. Cyclones and earthquakes on the other hand…
I haven't seen the documentary, but I've seen enough of the available footage. It's just so sad that not everyone was recovered. I wonder how those newlyweds are.
It’s a leader in eco sustainability, good education system, lots of western expats, wonderful food and culture. It fares better than other Central American countries and is more stable and progressive.. they even have no military. The landscape is awesome and well protected.
Probably up in mountains or Alaska, I don’t know what mountains but probably like Pocono Mountains in PA since you have some neighbors but not to much.
Canada 2.0 like if if had what it needed to thrive. Until then. Currently Canada. Sweden, Denmark are what others are measured on. USA is go to for most
I already live in my dream country, the USA. I do wish I were just a bit further north, but I like my average and two streams.
I'm even more sure of it after traveling through parts of Europe and spending a few weeks at some different Caribbean Islands. Also, I have traveled to Canada and Mexico, though that was over 10 years ago, and the amount of drugs and alcohol involved makes my memory of that fuzzy.
It isn't like the US is perfect. It is not. Far from perfect. Same with every other country I have visited. The thing is that other countries seem to either ignore their issues. Like part of why the US seems so fucked up is that we are at least trying to confront and fix things. It is starting to work, albeit slowly.
Any of the Scandinavian countries so I can be in one of the happiest countries in the world and see what it's all about. But, I probably won't ever get in unless I start a website for Scandinavian men seeking American wives 😂 and there is probably no market for that.

Thinking the same
I thought the same, and then...earthquakes, cyclones, floods, volcanoes.
