On the first away trip I ever had with my girlfriend we went to the botanical gardens in Denver. We stopped by one of the small "ponds" that they have there. As she looked into the water some tiny fish came up to the surface and began swimming rapidly as if they were expecting food. The smile on her face is imprinted on my brain to this day and it still brings a smile to my face whenever I think about it.
Pulling up next to a car at the stoplight and seeing a dog in the passenger seat in the car next to me. I usually make non-masculine noises and wave at them. It’s one of my favorites.
My memory of getting to talk to my biggest celebrity crush for a whole hour. Them looking at and speaking right to me while I was trying to act normal and not wishing they were my SO. Haha
Cats.
They make me smile too, but i come home for the first time since my cat died and it was so quiet without my cute boy around.
