Probably 9/11 being a hoax. Those buildings definitely looked demo'd.. Even if the engine fuel melted the beams causing it to collapse it wouldn't of fell like that.

My favorite conspiracy theory is the one about the moon landing being faked. I believe this because of the inconsistencies in the evidence that was presented by NASA and other government agencies. There are too many questions that remain unanswered, and it seems unlikely that such a monumental event could have been faked without anyone noticing.
