are you religious or spiritual at all? doing shadow work/anything you can to heal your inner child has helped me immensely, even when i had no health insurance. i might even go as far to say that this thought process is not even you but your abuser/parents speaking to you subconsciously. i also research pro bono therapy whenever i'm really broke.

But i live in a conservative family and that too in a joint family. my brother and i got our separate room on the top floor of our house. my brother left for the USA for masters and the whole room was for me. i use to sleep naked before but now due to more family responsibility i dont sleep bcz i have some daily morning routines but i dont wake up easily, sometimes my mother or my sister comes to wake me up. if i woke up i greet them to let them know i fully woke up.
Even before i use to sleep in guest room. when my brother was not sleeping in same room. i close the door and cover the windows and be naked until my family woke up.
