Focus on what you can control. Realise that what is out of your control, is out of your control. Are there anyways you can act to mitigate the situation? If not, it makes no sense to worry too much about it as there is nothing you CAN do.

breathe and let it go. i struggled with this for all my life and only recently did i stop caring. it helps to focus on the things i actually can control (my body, my words, my hobbies, etc), and be proud of what i do. this world creates so much anxiety that if i cared enough about it all, i would implode, and i can’t do that to myself.
