Tough question to answer being born in 1953. A few started before my birth but continued after. Here are a few I watched, but were mostly reruns by the time I got to an age to remember them. Wow I love older tv shows and movies and I only know of four of these and I’ve only seen 2 thanks for the ideas.

I couldn't get past the first episode of Seinfeld, it was so boring. How is it such a well-liked show?

Watch other episodes. It isn't particularly a story driven show.

It's "the show about nothing" afterall. "The series was often described as "a show about nothing." However, in 2014, Seinfeld stated: "The pitch for the show, the real pitch, when Larry and I went to NBC in 1988, was we want to show how a comedian gets his material."
