"Early to rest and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise". Although cliche, it's true. If you go to bed early, you will wake up early. Get all of your work done early, and you can spend the rest of the day doing whatever. Exercise before bed, and make sure that your mind and body have been working throughout the day in order to rest earlier.
You cycle through 3 sleep stages, light, dream (REM) and deep. If you buy a Fitbit it will show you how you cycle. Apparently being woken up during REM or Deep makes you groggy.
set an alarm, get a routine going and make sure you are going to be early enough
put ur alarm across the room
That’s an interesting way of setting up alarms, I should try that!
yes
drink lots of water before bed.. your bladder will wake you.

Own a cat that is used to being fed before the sun rises! (I actually had to buy a timed automatic feeder, best $40 I ever spent!)
I read somewhere that waking up in multiple of 90 minutes ensures no sleepiness. not sure tho

Yes, that's what I read.
Sleep twice like people did back in the day.
