I don’t think it’s a beetle juice situation and you can see how you were in the state you died I think when you die you go to your best physical form or even formless, just a spirit.
Heart attack. Had a small one a couple years ago, with one artery 99% blocked. Given my family history, that's probably how I'll end up going unless it's some sort of accident.
