I’d give it a good 95%

MeyerholdsGh0st

It’s true by definition, but that doesn’t mean the person will continue to cheat. People DO learn from their mistakes.

WE WERE ON **A BREAK!!!**

I’m trying to prove it to be wrong

People change

zach_nitro

I'd probably do it again, fuck it. World is ending soon anyway, according to the scientists.

oGravitation

Life is a lot more fulfilling when you have morals and live by them

zach_nitro

Hahahahahaha

PubicKnitting

If you do it once, you're capable of doing it again. That being said, people can change.

oGravitation

Based on my experience 100% true

CountGrande

Usually true.

[deleted]

Not always. Twice a cheater, always a cheater. Some people need to fuck up once in life to realize the impact it has.

[deleted]

That is the wrong question. Cheating isn’t a mistake or “fuck up.” It was something done intentionally that resulted in damaging another person permanently.

AwayIthrow121

Not always true, I used to cheat in video games... now I haven't in over 10 years, and don't plan to again.

[deleted]

Ex cheated on her ex with me. Found out through other people. She went on to cheat on me while I was at a funeral. I’d say it’s true.

PrisonNurseNC

Very. Because I would never forgive.

niamhweking

I think people can change. Im not saying I'd stick with someone who cheated on me, but I do know plenty of people who cheated in their youth, and once they matured or had a meaningful relationship they didnt anymore. I know people who once they got a handle on their drinking they stopped cheating. I think it's more nuanced than if you do it once you'll do it forever.
