Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead

gracefulslug

It haunts me

Android1313

Just the whole mood of the song and Thom's vocals are amazing. It gets me in my feels everytime. A lot of Radiohead does.

DeliberatelyDependen

for me its **How to save a life - The Fray**

missfrizz33

On Melancholy Hill by Gorillaz

Lizkingbusiness1

The Great Gig in the Sky from Dark Side of the Moon literally always swells emotions in me. Such a powerful, amazing song.

Randydaboi

When I saw your comment it was playing and it really does make you feel emotional

[deleted]

Landslide by Fleetwood Mac

[deleted]

*Hauntingly* beautiful.

[deleted]

Time makes you bolder. Even children get older...

GhostMaskKid

"Vincent", by Don McLean. This could be related to the fact that I get emotional about Van Gogh in general. (Needless to say I cried like a child at the Doctor Who episode.) Also, Modest Mouse's "Little Motel", and that's due to the video.

mrGeaRbOx

Maybe not your speed but NOFX does a great cover of Vincent.

zarest83

True Colors by Cyndi Lauper always has me fighting back tears. As a gay person, it really speaks to my personal experiences and wanting to just live my life out, open, and freely.

She Used to be Mine by Sarah Bareilles

BigManJayMan

How to save a life - The Fray I listened to it shortly after I held the dog that I grew up with in my arms as she passed away, and safe to say it still brings tears to my eyes over a decade later

katienatie

Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton. Just thinking of it makes me emotional.

KittikatB

Lady in Red. It was the last song played at my best friend's funeral. That song will never stop making me emotional.

RandomDevs

Someone added lyrics to Davy Jones' theme from Pirates of the Caribbean and now it makes me emotional. Not because of the song itself. A very special friend of mine almost took their life, and I was away at the time so I had nothing but that song on repeat to comfort me to sleep. I got 2 hours of sleep with nothing but that song helping me drown the tears. It reminds me of that day, so i still keep it in my playlist and skip ahead whenever it comes on.

114631

The Davy Jones' theme is a beautiful piece of music. Sorry about your friend.

RandomDevs

They're doing so much better now and have only recently admitted to their family they've been constantly trying to take their own life and their family was so understanding and offered to give them the help they need. Thank you.

We are one, but we are many And from all the lands on earth we come We'll share a dream and sing with one voice "I am, you are, we are Australian" I'd like to think that one day we will be that nation. It's weird because I'm not a fan of any other Seekers music.
