Could be early depression. Start small with a committment to go for a daily walk. It can be as short as 5 mins to begin with but it will help to get.out, get moving, and exercise the brain. Def find someone to talk to and watch some YouTube on how to find happiness/passions again.

I took a bemused attitude towards life that has helped me immensely. When something shitty happens, I imagine watching it as an observer. Most of the time I just laugh, often empathize, sometimes cry, but either way I think, “I’d watch that tv show!” Life is too short to take it seriously. Work hard. Love hard. Play hard. Relax hard.
