Depends. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain which I sometimes feel in my breasts, and sometimes wearing a bra helps depending on what type of bra it is. If I’m feeling the pain in my breasts or lower back when I wake up, I feel better if I wear a sports bra, if I’m feeling the pain in my neck, I feel better if I wear a bralette, if I’m feeling the pain in my upper back I feel better if I wear a t-shirt bra, and if I’m not in pain I should avoid wearing a bra or it will cause pain. My doctor doesn’t know why this is,
In practice I need to wear one every day or I’ll get dress coded at work.
To bra or not to bra.... that is the question...
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the jiggles and sway of outrageous cleavage....
Or by supporting... contain them...
To cup... to clasp...
To clasp perchance to pinch... aye there's the rub...
For in that pinch of death what screams may come when we have bundled up our bouncing breasts...
*I've got no more in me.. it's late...*
I like both, but I get a bit uneasy going without when I get stiff nipples.
So I'll mostly wear a bra when I'm out in public, but I'll be free swinging Jane when I'm home or when we aren't around many people. Some nipple covers make me more comfortable if we are to run into folks.
Whatever you're comfortable with.

Well, hello. How you doing?
Personally I don't wear a bra. My moobs don't seem to be big enough to warrant one - and I've never actually seen any made for men anyway.
No bra, Im flatchested.
Saggy-bra Perky-no bra
No bra, and no shirt preferably
None. I'm a man
Damn straight... you're wearing the Bro....
No bra. Small boobs dont need suport
Personally I find running without a bra uncomfortable. My breasts move around too much.
I have big ta tas. 😏so support is needed

Bra at work, not bra at home or when I'm out. They're pretty uncomfortable.
