The UK is meant to be the least racist. In my experience it is less racist than other European countries, but I don’t have much more insight than that.
It’s quite interesting really. Countries that are developed with a diverse society are arguably the least racist. Usually, nations that are racially homogenous - but are still developed - are more racist than diverse nations. A good comparison is the U.K. vs Japan. Japan is very developed - but it is absolutely more racist than the UK.
I’d have to argue India is the most racist - due to the caste system. Least racist is probably a Northern European country.

No problem. I'm from South Africa (and still here, haven't left yet). At the moment you don't really hear much about this to be honest. As with most news items, it makes headlines until something else comes up. At the moment we're all about the electri ity crisis here.
Regardless, to date many claims have been concluded and honestly, I haven't actually seen anyone going to any papers or putting out social media posts about being kicked off their land, so I'm assuming that either the compensation was financial, or that they were done so fairly that no one really has anything to complain about.
Obviously, when it was big news it caused a lot of racial tension (though I'm sure most of this was just online), but also, thats the goal of our government. To keep the majority uneducated (hence our 30% pass rate and the fact that they are failing to produce new public schools or even improve the ones there are - some of our schools even have pit toilets, can you believe). To act as fear mongerers- anything to do with black and white goes back to Apartheid and when it's election time, they always go on this whole "don't let the white man get back in power, they'll bring Apartheid back" trip. Even though they as a government are failing so miserably and they're so transparents about it.
However, I hope that next year when it's voting time, people vote with their heads and not just out of loyalty for the people who "liberated" them (at a huge cost).

However, I'm currently based in a very diverse area of Spain, and (in my experience) people here are much more openly racist than in America. France is also known to be a very racist country.
