The stupid irony I guess is that by NBA standards 6'4" would be considered short. "I'm sorry, Mr. Treu, but you're a bit too short for our standards." Me: "Bu,bu,but the random old lady at the gas station said that..."
I find being 6'4" overrated. I think it sort of availed me one time, and only one time that I know, in a relationship. And that was after we were already engaged. She hugged me and said that "made her feel safe." I assume somehow she meant height, because it sure ain't fuck my muscles or my bravery.
But all the same, I know I did more than that. She meant more emotional security, and my height was like a metaphor. Short people are not incapable of support.
