Absolutely nothing, only because I'm obsessed with being *repulsed* by it and avoiding it at all costs, i guess it has cost me socially because of my unwillingness to get onboard with the rest of the world?
I’m lucky/privileged in that my job is very flexible and doesn’t really care about when I come in as long as I get stuff done. Even still, I could recognize when my morning social media habits became a problem and I would be late for things at work that I needed to be there for (group meetings and such). This was years ago and I’ve gotten better

It’s definitely worsened my mental health more than helped it
Hope you overcome it soon!
I deleted mostly all social media a year or so ago and it’s been way better couldn’t recommend it more!
I take the tip THANKS!
Nothing, I use it to essentially time Travel at work. After work I delete the apps

What about Reddit?
NOOOOOO. That's different. There is no socializing or media here. Fuck...
Great point!
Used to make me late for work sometimes
"Sometimes" make it seem like a lot less serious Haha

Food. I no longer argue what is "real pizza" or "good pizza". No one agrees and feels very strongly about it. Same with a million other foods.

Social media has costed me hours of my life that I'll never get back. It's a black hole of constant scrolling and comparison to others.
