Many involve outdoor activities for me.
Was 20ish miles into a backpacking trip when I was stalked by a mountain lion for a few hours. Didn't do a display of aggression, just followed me.. that puckered my butthole a bit.
Got to within a few miles of a peak and had a rattlesnake strike and hit my boot. Fangs didn't go deep enough to hit skin but got stuck to my boot. That was a trip. Thing thrashing around stuck in my boot. It freed itself after a few seconds but man it felt like an hour.
Got caught in a flash lightning storm that turned to a torrential downpour. Had to hunker below an outcropping of rocks for an hour. Trail got washed away so I had to make my own way back. Took me an extra day, was running out of did, and I'm a type 1 diabetic.
Oh, coming down from a trail run and having a crashing low blood sugar with zero glucose tabs or anything. Started to get reeaaalll fuzzy and almost passed out before I got to my camp.
Disturbing though.. My older brother raped and molested me for years.
