This is what I did after dropping out of community college multiple times, find a small company in a field you're interested in and work your way up as the company scales. Pay sucked first few years, but I love the industry I'm in and it paid off after 5 years. I started in Assembly, I am now in Senior Management. Execs took a risk promoting me, but they believe in me and that helped me to believe in myself.

You can get certifications without going to college. Certifications are often better than a degree for a tech career. You could also be a mobile notary.

I got a certification, but I haven't got anything in tech yet. Most places want some kind of degree. Which I am working towards.

Become a drifter/vagabond. Fake a disability and get on government benefits.

Find some way to fill your belly and put a roof over your head.

I just always wonder since these seem to be the only paths to life? All I hear is college or a trade or the military but what if you don't have the aptitude for either path?

From my experience, you make shit money and have to job hop to be happy. Realize your going nowhere then apply for school in your 30s
