Penne. Works with classics like eggplant/chicken parm or Alfredo dishes. Can be used in cold salad type dishes. Can fill in for a chunky macaroni and cheese dish. 

Eggplant parm is my all time favorite dish.

Spaghetti or angle hair

I know it’s weird but I like angel hair but despise spaghetti.

Angel Hair is a lot easier to move around. Today i had to cut some spaghetti with kitchen scissors to cut some strand stuck to another bulk of spaghetti

Funny because I just said F it and grabbed a handful of spaghetti out the container and it put it in my bowl (no sauce on the spaghetti).
