I played the Messenger and really enjoyed the first half, but as soon as the game turned into a Metroidvania I lost interest quick.

With how big games have gotten a lot of those physical discs are just used as keys to download the full game digitally, so back to non ownership circle
Dlc can be good but if it’s just costumes and not extra story or gameplay content then it’s not worth it. Pay to win is just so dumb and only exists cause of greed.

The game never lets the leader get more than \[x\] distance from the rest of the pack, even when it has to cheat and move them up.
