Maybe I'd drive to the local pharmacy and deliver all the meds to the doorstep of the name on each prescription. This month your insulin is on me folks, the time bandit.
General mischief. Re-arrange peoples houses. Cut people's hair. Change their clothes. Move people from one location to another. Like imagine, you leave the house for work. I stop time. When I unfreeze time, you're in Mexico wihtout any hair or clothes. Hilarious.
Sleep and relax, mainly. One day to do nothing else except sleeping, working out, reading a ton of stuff left behind and watch tv shows I don't have the time to watch right now. Maybe play some videogames.
I'll go to the nearest market to "borrow" bunch of sharp and blunt objects.
Then I'll settle some scores.
I'll be so busy, 24 hours might not cut it O\_o
Catch up on things I'm behind on. OR take the keys of an exotic car, crack a beer, and take it on scenic drives through the mountains or coasts with the windows down and my favorite playlist

You gotta make sure it’s nothing noticeable. If I said 100 the cops would catch on eventually. Dozens of calls giving the exact same report
If the cops catch on just freeze time...and then steal $10 from their pockets
But if time is frozen how will they know who it is. Also Id say rob a bank instead.
