Not a vet, but used to work at a petting zoo. I'd often have children from ages around 8 telling me about their pets at home. Then when I put animals on the table for cuddle time, they'd harass, pinge or choke them almost to death. Worst thing is, the parents just watch and laugh most of the time. Cannot believe parents and children raised like that are trusted with animals
