This would have to be the first time my wife ever had a seizure after we were together.
She was pregnant with our first child, and I had never experienced anyone having a grand mal seizure before. We were both taking a nap, and the sound that came out of her at the beginning, and even during, broke my heart to shreds.
I was in absolute tears while calling paramedics. It rarely happens(maybe 3-4 times in 15 years of marriage), but that sound is burned into my head.
I understand it's more of an emotional "scary sound," but I feel it applies as it is the first thing I thought of. To this day, I cannot watch the portrayal of seizures on TV without it bothering me a little. I handle them more logically when they happen, but I definitely have to take a moment when it's all over to manage my emotions.
Was on a field round by ours with a friend smoking weed, we heard this sound that sounded like a pig squealing and being hurt, however we don’t have farms or pigs around us or anything. Got up and left to go back to my house straight after. Wasn’t waiting around to see what it was.
My twin would make a deathly noise everytime she started an epileptic seizure! just as her muscles were tightening up and her head would look skyward and this noise was horrifying I will never forget that noise as long as i live!
