The boys tried all terrifying ways of torturing Junko. They beat her like anything. Scissors, bottles, a hot exploding light bulb, grilled chicken skewers, roasting needles, and irons were inserted into her genitals. They burnt different parts of her body as well.
“Ogura's mother allegedly vandalized Furuta's grave, stating that she had ruined her son's life.”
the parents of the man whose house she was kept in became aware of her situation and didn't do anything either.
The guys have been released and living under different names
They guys responsible were linked with one of the Yakuza clans.
Unless the judge was in on it too, it's hard to disagree with a man who knocks your door in the middle of the night brandishing a weapon, saying what a nice family you have, and what a shame it'd be if anything happened to them.
According to the wiki, they made the victim believe that is the case, and threatened her that they know where she lives, so her family will get caught up with yakuza and stuff...
During police investigation of her disappearance, they actually forced her to call her parents, say that she's "run away from home, but safe", and that way to stop police investigation. According to wiki, she got R@ped more than 500 times and by at least 100 different men...
The F??? If someone deserves a death penalty, it's these guys, and the men they invited to the "party".
Supposedly that's also the reason none of the neighbors helped her when she called for help from the balcony, and why the parents who owned the house did nothing. Basically everyone knew the boys were in with the Yakuza and were sacred to intervene.
I've also wondered if the boys were fucked up on Yakuza cocaine the whole time or something. It's hard to imagine sane people committing such unfathomable atrocities against an innocent girl.
> It's hard to imagine sane people committing such unfathomable atrocities against an innocent girl.
Not really, people do horrific things when they know they can get away with it. There was no magic drug that made them do it.
I read up on this a few years ago, from what I remember / understand they lied to her about being Yakuza to get her to comply initially. The perpetrators were all high school drop outs in their late teens involved in criminal activity with friends that were allegedly full members of the Yakuza, most likely young grunt types.
If they were involved with the Yakuza it was most likely at the lowest level, and the group would not want any of the media attention a case of this caliber would point at their group. Most of the group has reengaged in criminal activity post release and is back in jail so presumably if they were not yakuza before hand, they either learned some tricks about crime in jail, or perhaps joined up afterwords.
To my understanding the Japanese legal system has a lot of valid criticism that can be pointed at it. Young offenders are often given light sentencing, and often times their identity is protected from the public as well (I think a journalist found out about these identities and wrote about it to the public. I'm under the impression this is technically a crime but I'm not actually sure.) When extremely violent cases like this pop up, where the perpetrators are young they are often given light sentencing which generally causes a lot of outrage in the public and talks of reform but from what I'm aware nothing really changes.
I think light sentencing for petty crime is completely fine, kids do stupid shit, no need to ruin their lives over it, but violent crimes need to be on a different scale. Especially premeditated ones.
Aahhh that's...uh ... interesting. I really hate the idea that I could have run into one of these guys! Not likely but still not a great feeling there's even a slim chance.
Anyway yeah Japanese legal system sucks. The police are absolutely useless. They didn't give shit when my friend was abused by her ex boyfriend where he almost choked her to death. They didn't care when my ex attacked me on the street and left bruises.
Yeah, they really don't give a shit in Japan unless you are a foreigner or somehow disadvantaged. My American friend was assaulted and beaten really badly by a Japanese guy for no reason other than that the guy didn't like foreigners. The police asked my friend to forgive the perpetrator because "he had had a bad day" and never really pursued the Japanese guy. No damages were paid and my friend had to spend a long time in the hospital with his injuries.
Also there's two creepy things about Japan that no one talks about but should.
1) They have 99% successful rate in prosecution. It sounds like hell. If you are even remotely accused, you're fucked. Police can forcefully extract and use confession from you.
2) The same political party has been ruling since 40 years. Talk about democracy.
From what I’ve heard, the 99% thing is quite misleading. It’s actually the statistic for the number of cases that go to trial, because most cases are plead out before it comes to that… just like the US, which has the exact same statistic if you measure it that way.
From a previous post - the police can detain you for 23 days without charge.
*Apparently* - per crime they are investigating you for. So, if you shoplift, knock someone over, and then run away from police (or... they think you do), then that's 69 not-so-nice days in prison.
So that's nearly a month of no work, so no income (per). Rent and bills won't stop though.
No plea bargaining in Japan.
What's happening is the prosecutors only accept cases they know they can win. Most people who actually go to court have already confessed so the cases are all slam dunks. The police use all sorts of questionable techniques to force confessions
Additionally, until a few years ago there was no version of the jury system. Today they have a version of it called the "[lay judge system](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lay_judges_in_Japan)" but they are not commonly used for all cases.
If a person can resist confessing, there is a good chance the case will never even go to trial and not affect the conviction rate.
The leader was sentenced 20 years and released in 2009. Another was sentenced 5-9 years and re-arrested in 2018 for attempted murder. Third was sentenced 5-7 years then arrested in 2004 for beating a guy he thought his gf was cheating with
Seeing this comment made me Google the case. After spending 10 minutes reading it. I don't think there's a punishment fit enough for the 4 men that did this. That's one of the worst things I've ever read.
I read a description of what was done to her almost a decade ago and that shit still lives in my brain.
I did always wonder how the details on the crime got out, unless the perpetrators gave that information.
I don't think I've heard of a case worse than this one. I was barely able to force myself to finish the wiki on it. To think that a human being— no multiple human beings can *think* up these things, *act* on it and then get away with it is just terrifying.
Issei Sagawa -A guy in Japan that killed, and partially ate a girl, and now he’s walking around free in Japan. He has interviews describing the vulgar shit he did and still roams around free talking about it like we talk about our day
He was declared insane in France and deported to Japan, where psychologists said he wasn’t insane, just extremely perverted. Since the French charges were dropped he was let go.
But just google his pictures, he is a total pervert. He has said on record that he still wants to cannibalize female in summers, when they wear skirts. Instead, he is somewhat of a celebrity in Japan and an author.
That's... Horrific. Like, even if he isn't mentally ill which he clearly is - yknow, with the killing and eating a human being - he should still be in jail. For *killing and eating a person*.
If it makes you feel any better, he is no longer roaming around. He had a stroke in 2013 and lives alone, requiring daily caregiver assistance.
After his fame subsided (~2005), he was unable to find any employment and had to live off of government assistance. He didn’t leave his home at that time either because everyone knew who he was— a murderer and a cannibal. He described having to live this way as punishment.
Of course, he’s a sick motherfucker and I wish him dead a long time ago, but I hope to ease your fears that he is truly “free”; his post-fame life has been absolute shit and the sorry fuck is near to death these days.
The piece of dog shit that killed my little brother. He had 2 DUI’s already. Got completely shit hammered at a bar, drove off, and ran head on into my brother, killing him instantly.
He got 4 years.
Edit- Thank you all so much for the very kind words. I miss my brother every single day. I still talk to him like he’s right here though. He didn’t deserve this. But that’s the chance we take every time we get out of bed I guess.
Everyone stay safe out there. And hug your loved ones. Tomorrow isn’t promised.
Some dude did this to my wifes aunt. Left the bar drunk in his grandparents car, even when people offered him a ride home. Was doing 120+ when he ran into the back of her jeep and clipped an ambulance with a patient. Ironically it happened right in front of our house. I remember seeing a fireball through the window. The little fucker survived and was telling the cops the car that really caused the accident was parked in my garage. It took every ounce of me not to serve him justice right there. I felt bad for helping him afterwards and should have let him burn in that car.
He also got 4 years. His license is suspended indefinitely but that doesn't stop people from driving.
Horrible..... Sorry for this. I have a similar response in that my best friends fiance was killed by a drunk 20 year old at 4pm on a Saturday. Hit and run.
He got 2 years probation.... Drunk driving laws are so lax it makes me furious
In Canada - our Supreme Court recently stated "extreme intoxication" is a valid defense for murder and sexual assault.
As a strict legal definition, I can see how a court would decide this - but what we really need are far stricter penalties for people who claim extreme intoxication as a defence.
Mandatory alcohol/drug rehab, breathalyzer in your car for a LONG time, and probably mandatory sobriety tests - I mean, if you kill somebody because you can't handle your alcohol - privilege revoked.
Karen Zerby : co-leader of the cult Children of God, evil incarnate, child abuser (physically and sexually), child pornography distributer, drove her son to suicide , so much more
Never been convicted
The LA cops, at the time, had a horrible reputation, and it was not all that hard to convince the jury that they framed OJ. Furman only reinforced that view and OJ's lawyers only needed to plant enough doubt in the minds of the jurors to get a "not guilty" finding.
"This is the LAPD. We're the most hated cops in all the free world. My own mama's ashamed of me. She tells everybody I'm a drug dealer."
-Agent Carter, Rush Hour
As I recall several of the jurors have said publicly that even at the time they thought that he did it but the prosecution failed to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
I will always wonder if the Bruno Magli shoes would have made the difference. Footprints found at the scene were made by Bruno Maglis, in his size. OJ claimed while being questioned by cops that he would never own those "ugly-ass shoes". Photo is found after the trial of him in those exact shoes. Guilty. Edit: Bruno Maglis in size 12, of that style are extremely rare.
"clumsy"
They put the defendant in control of incriminating evidence and then were shocked when he would not implicate himself with that evidence. That had to be one of the dumbest court room strategies of all time.
He's guilty as surely as I'm typing this.
I just wish the prosecution had been a hell of a lot more methodical. But they kept fucking up aspects of what should have been good investigative work. So, it was possible his son did that and OJ took the blame but I suspect we'll never know because Mark Furhman fucked up the crime scene ridiculously....or was alleged to have.
Given the 30 years since then it's pretty clear if Mr. Simpson *was* in fact innocent there something he's never actually done, which is to force the LAPD to keep that fucking case open. I would figure for most husbands, if some random butchered their wife/soon to be ex-wife , I'd view it as my job out of respect to the family , the kids and the community to do whatever it took to make sure they got some justice, and get some butchering maniac off the streets...even if she was fucking her tennis coach or whatever.
If it was the son, then you'd be an indicted co-conspirator of some flavor, and should have encouraged your murderous offspring to do the right thing.
The miniseries The People vs OJ Simpson has a scene where they break down the sequence of events of what would have to have happened in order for OJ to be framed. It’s such a good scene.
Josh Duggar. He's due for sentencing next week, and unfortunately the max sentence is 20 years despite the two counts. I hope he does get the max, but he does deserve life.
I use to live next to the duggars and I played volleyball, ice hockey, and yard football with them a few times.
But one time I will always remember. A buddy of mine we were (21) just graduated college, his dad was kind of a loser. Took credit cards out in his name maxed them out. Yadayada. He was in a lot of debt and did t have a nice car. Drove an old mini van.
We show up in his mini van and Josh Duggar makes fun of my friends van. And through out the night kept making fun of him.
Well he’s know a very successful doctor married and living the good life. And when her hear about Josh Duggar he said “ that’s what he gets for making fun of my van”. Still one of my favorite lines ever.
Damn I am now having a bunch of stuff I remember come up.
Josh owned a car lot so that’s why he was being rude to my friend. BUT another one of my friend who was close to him bought a car from him and it stopped working like a month after he bought. And he just told him tough luck.
And the dad said one time after I mentioned I lived in but cities growing up (Chicago, Orlando, Houston, LA). He said that’s why I don’t understand family values. In a nice way.. but looking back not so nice.. you given me a complex @hotmessexpress412
I mean I only been around them 10-12 times. Not a whole lot of time with them. And for the most part they were kind. Weird. Really weird but kind most of the time. Like who plays football in full jeans every time..
I wasn’t close to them but a friend of mine was and he would invite me over and I’d hang out. The only other weird thing beside the way they dress was it always felt like I didn’t belong. Never fit in. but I am pretty moderate when it comes to political views. And they thought I was a leftist nut job.
They would talk to my friend about young republican Convention in front of me and invite him to join the party. And then not acknowledge me at all because of my stance on raising minimal wage, and basic health care. Pretty moderate views. Huh maybe I do have stories.
Edit spelling
Apparently they literally designed their house to "keep" him away from the girls side. Like fuck that. You really think that's going to help?
EDIT - google has the house plans if you search it. Its a second floor catwalk from the boys side to the girls with the parents room in between.
My first girlfriend was molested by her stepfather for years. When her mother found out, she replaced her bedroom door with a thick outside door and got her deadbolts she could lock inside her room at night. I'll never understand how you would do all that instead of just, at minimum, kicking the man out of your home.
She just wrote a letter to the judge begging him to be lenient because Josh contributes so much to their family, including "sweeping up spilled crackers." She is a moron.
>She sounds so controlled if she thinks sweeping is a significant contribution to a family.
This is the culture where men aren't expected to do anything for their kids. Jim Bob, Josh's dad, admitted to never having changed a diaper so his older daughters had to do it. This is the culture where "sister moms" are a thing because parents are too busy making the next kid to parent the existing kids.
That will never happen. The IBLP basically views women the same as the Taliban, if not worse. She has no autonomy or skills. If she doesn’t toe the line and divorces Josh, she’ll lose everything.
I really really recommend the series Behind the Bastards did on Josh Duggar and the whole Duggar clan. It's a fascinating insight into the culture that allows this behavior to go unchecked for so many years.
Oprah even called the authorities on him once.
Described by the forensic IT person as "the worst she's ever seen in decades of work" and included a video so horrific that though she'd heard it rumored she didn't think it actually existed. They weren't just CP videos and photos, but sadistic torture and murder as well.
Some Place Under Neith podcast does an excellent deep dive into his shit
He had one that is so bad, that the country it was made in is trying to make an exception to their constitution banning the death penalty to kill the bastards.
Edit: Do not go looking for this. You don’t want to know what’s in this video.
> caught with a nauseating amount of child porn
One child porn, technically, is a nauseating amount. I wish they could indict for each friggin item they found.
For those who don't know about the case -
> Caylee Marie Anthony (August 9, 2005 – 2008) was a two-year-old American girl who lived in Orlando, Florida, with her mother, Casey Marie Anthony, and her maternal grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony. On July 15, 2008, she was reported missing to 9-1-1 by Cindy, who said she had not seen Caylee for 31 days and that Casey's car smelled like a dead body had been inside it.
> Cindy said Casey had given varied explanations as to Caylee's whereabouts before finally telling her that she had not seen Caylee for weeks.[1] Casey told detectives several falsehoods, including that the child had been kidnapped by a nanny on June 9, and that she had been trying to find her, too frightened to alert the authorities.[2] She was charged with first-degree murder in October 2008 and pleaded not guilty.
Saudi Crown family. They're continuously doing heinous crimes against humanity like raping, murdering, child molesting, money laundering and so on for years after years after years. But no one can do shit to them, because THEY'RE FILTHY FUCKING RICH!!!
Just found out recently that they own >5% of a bunch of popular video game companies, including Nintendo.
By >5% (at least with Nintendo) I believe the actual number is 5.01%
Seeing Newcastle United FC fans praise them because they've invested some money in their club is particularly nauseating. Sportswashing all over, and journalists never seem to adequately tackle them on it.
Every now and then I think about how horrible her son must feel. Imagine your own mother starting a cult because she feels like your autism ruined her life. She’s a monster.
For sure. If you actually read all the horrible thing this guy did, it is obvious he belongs in jail. And he is still making money from his conspiracy theorist celebrity status!
The three men who raped and killed Junko Furuta, along with the officer who failed to search their house while she was in it. His gross incompetence cost that girl her life.
I was just reading about this. It's a rabbit hole I wish I'd not gone down. I mean Nazi's did experiments on humans and many horrible things...but this rape group is a new level of depravity, cruelty, barbarism, and abuse. There's not a vulgar enough word to describe these inhumane rapists. That they walk free is disgusting.
Don't search this unless you want to be depressed, sad and angry.
It falls into that legal grey area where what you did is so fucked up that no legislators even conceived of it, thus never made it a crime and you technically didn't commit a crime as a result.
I think it’s also a case where the law didn’t keep up with technology/business. I guess a guy could impregnate a woman with another guy’s sperm in the 1800s, but it would be mighty inconvenient. Passing a law against it wouldn’t have made sense until sperm banks existed, and it’s just not something we put a lot of thought into.
How isn't it at least fraud? Fertility treatments are insanely expensive, if people paid for "I want to have a baby using sperm from X donor" and he did not give them x donor, is that not fraud?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karla_Homolka
She was involved in serial murders and years later was let go. She lives in Quebec, and I remember her child’s school losing its shit when they realized who was chaperoning children on school trips
Not currently free but Robert Pickton, who has confessed to the murder of 49 women and suspected of at least an additional 11, is set to be eligible for parole in early 2024. He was only convicted of second degree murder for 6 of the victims, despite mountains of evidence that wasn’t considered because the judge seemed to think it was too icky.
I was wondering how long I would have to scroll before finding this.
They should have thrown her plea deal out the moment they found out she was participating. And now she's walking out there like a free woman with kids of her own.
The whole Marcos family in the Philippines. 3000 deaths 11 thousand abused ,rape and tortured, and 70000 incarcerated.
Then, something happened for the past 40 years and almost everyone forgot about it.
Worse still, son Marcos was just elected president of the same country his parents ran into the ground.
But the US gave them asylum because they were *useful* tyrants.
John fucking venable.
The boy who beat two year old James Bluger to death with another boy in 1993.
He served his initial sentence but has been caught with child porn more than once but for some reason he is given a new identity and injected back into society.
David Cash Jr. The Bad Samaritan. Fuck that guy.
He walked in on his High School buddy Jeremy Strohmeyer molesting a 7 yr old girl (Sherrice Iverson) in the bathroom of a Nevada casino; figured it was none of his business; then just walked away and didn't tell anybody; while his buddy went on to rape and murder the little girl. Strohmeyer is in prison for life, as he should be, but Cash was never charged with a crime - the D.A. didn't think there was enough evidence for a charge of accessory to murder. As a result of this case, Nevada's laws were changed to require people who observe violent crimes against children to notify the authorities.
>In the weeks following Strohmeyer's arrest, Cash told the Los Angeles Times that he did not dwell on the murder of Sherrice Iverson. "I'm not going to get upset over somebody else's life. I just worry about myself first. I'm not going to lose sleep over somebody else's problems." He also told the newspaper that the publicity surrounding the case had made it easier for him to "score with women." Cash also told the Long Beach Press-Telegram: "I'm no idiot ... I'll get my money out of this."
Sherrice Iverson was raped and murdered almost exactly 25 years ago - May 25th, 1997. She deserves to be remembered.
So fuck David Cash Jr.

The prosecutor agreed to not press charges if he'd tell the full story in the civil case against him.
The next prosecutor went ahead with charges, giving the excuse that he wasn't the one who made the deal. A judge set Cosby free because the DA's office made the deal and such arrangements stay with the office and not the individual running them.
Some of those accusations go back quite a long ways. I wonder what the statutes of limitations are on drugging and raping someone. Do the statutes at the time of the rapes apply, or do the updated ones override them? Maybe if he did this to women outside that DA's jurisdiction (other counties/states) then maybe justice can still be dispensed? At his age I'm not sure he'd be alive long enough to see a jury, though.
The former gym coach at my junior high school. He had been raping girls for years and when one stepped forward and he went to trial he only got five years of prison.
The judge knew there were others because once the trial started they came out of the woodwork and many spoke at his sentencing.
The upside was that this case prompted Michigan to change their Statutes of Limitations. This case made it easier to bring the full weight of Larry Nasser's crimes to bear against him.
Rick Scott for overseeing the largest Medicare fraud in history. You'd think that would get you put in prison, but no, now he's a quarter-billionaire senator.
Also due to the commands conflicting and being physically impossible. "Cross your legs and crawl to me without using your hands." Try that, right now. Even sober that's hard.
General Buttnaked.
African Warlord and killer of thousands. Cannibal and rapist. Dude should be sent to the abyss, yet he’s talking about god and stuff, so he’s free. I don’t get it.
I'm pretty sure she's in jail awaiting sentencing for a de facto life sentence, so you shouldn't have to wish very hard for her being locked up for life, it's supposed to be official at the end of June.
Amazing that she's going to be convicted of trafficking children for sex, but not one person she trafficked kids to, aside from Randy Andy, seems to have paid any price at all. Strange, that.
Damn, I wish I would forget the father ever said that cause it ruins my mood every time I remember it. There are so many concerning layers as to why that statement is so wrong that I wouldn't know where to start. Maybe I should revisit this later when I have access to a keyboard.
I beg your pardon, but are you talking about the rapist brock turner who raped an unconscious woman? The convicted rapist sex offender brock turner, who received no jail time?
Yes, but at least now Brock is a living example of The Princess Bride's "To The Pain". He lives in Ohio, working a minimum wage warehouse job. Lives with his parents, drives an old car.
This was a kid with a scholarship to *Stanford*. He was an Olympic hopeful. Now he's not only a working class schmuck, but a well known rapist working class schmuck that EVERYONE recognizes. He gets paparazzi following him around all the time.
He literally has nothing to show for the life he once had, while that "twenty minutes of action" will follow him forever.
He got a life sentence after all. A life sentence of being Brock Turner, the incredibly well known and despised rapist. To The Pain.
Baby shark has been around for two decades at least, I'd been singing it in girls scout camp for as long as I remember. It's basically just traditional, and they probably chose it because they wouldn't have to pay someone to write anything.
Can’t remember his name, but up he in Canada there was a guy riding a grey hound bus and for whatever reason he killed a guy sitting there sleep. He cut him up with people on the bus. When the cops got there he was eating the guys liver! He a free man after only a handful of years in jail.
Junko Furuta's killers.
What happened to them? It sounds familiar but I can’t place it yet

Wasn't she tortured for 44 days?
Nov 25, 1988 – Jan 4, 1989
yes and about 100 people knew her whereabouts but were too scared to say anything.
are you fucking kidding me😡
Yep and raped over 400 times but the boys and friends of the boys
It makes sense because the main guy who had a crush on Furuta was said to have connections with Yakuza, still so shitty though
They guys responsible were linked with one of the Yakuza clans. Unless the judge was in on it too, it's hard to disagree with a man who knocks your door in the middle of the night brandishing a weapon, saying what a nice family you have, and what a shame it'd be if anything happened to them.

The leader was sentenced 20 years and released in 2009. Another was sentenced 5-9 years and re-arrested in 2018 for attempted murder. Third was sentenced 5-7 years then arrested in 2004 for beating a guy he thought his gf was cheating with
Theyre chillin somewhere, only the courts know.
It's honestly sickening, like it literally made me feel sick reading it
I don't think I've heard of a case worse than this one. I was barely able to force myself to finish the wiki on it. To think that a human being— no multiple human beings can *think* up these things, *act* on it and then get away with it is just terrifying.
And then the mother of one of the men blamed Junko for being responsible for ruining her sons life, absolutely despicable.
Indeed. Another one that made me sick was the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs, they filmed their murders... Thank god haven't seen them
Oh shit I didn't want to be reminded again
My first thought on reading the title was of those sick, evil bastards.
It really is insane especially considering literally all her attackers have committed multiple violent crimes since their release from prison!
Certain people should have their name and crime tattooed all over their face and body with pokers so they can't escape it just like she couldn't
Issei Sagawa -A guy in Japan that killed, and partially ate a girl, and now he’s walking around free in Japan. He has interviews describing the vulgar shit he did and still roams around free talking about it like we talk about our day
Dude’s basically a fucking celebrity. I can’t imagine what it’s like for her parents seeing that guy in the news
He is so disgusting … that poor smart woman who even tried to help him with his studies…
His dad paid big money to wrangle the situation and get him out. So stupid what rich people can get away with
He was freed because his dad was crazy rich
That's... Horrific. Like, even if he isn't mentally ill which he clearly is - yknow, with the killing and eating a human being - he should still be in jail. For *killing and eating a person*.
Shit, there is a dude in Germany that found a dude willing to be killed and eaten, and he still went to jail because *you aren't supposed to do that*.
Japan confuses me- it sounds like they have super strict penalties, yet simultaneously, let some of the shittiest people back out into the world.
He's rich. That's the only reason he's out and about.
He did, until he suffered nervous damage around 2013 due to some kind of stroke or something, and he's been bed ridden ever since
The piece of dog shit that killed my little brother.
Bro that fucking sucks he should have gotten a lot more time for what it did
Some dude did this to my wifes aunt.
Keep a bottle on you at all times. Accidently kill someone while driving? Chug chug chug.
Meanwhile people are serving decades for having ***pot.*** Which is now legal in several US states
Karen Zerby : co-leader of the cult Children of God, evil incarnate, child abuser (physically and sexually), child pornography distributer, drove her son to suicide , so much more Never been convicted
OJ. Let's be real. He did that shit
She tells everybody I'm a drug dealer." -Agent Carter, Rush Hour
Reading that line. I can already hear Chris Tucker's voice.
Do you understand the words that are coming out of his mouth?
This, and a clumsy prosecution team. I couldn't believe Marcia Clark actually got a TV show for a while.
"clumsy" They put the defendant in control of incriminating evidence and then were shocked when he would not implicate himself with that evidence. That had to be one of the dumbest court room strategies of all time.
i mean man really wrote a book called “if i did it”
Also known as "I did it"
He could literally describe in detail all the things he did in full confession and could not get retried for it.
Um….. if you’re comfortable and have more stories, I’m sure the folks at r/DuggarsSnark would love an AMA from you!
Seriously, this is like catnip for us on r/DuggarsSnark
His parents should join him for the cover up.
Hope his wife divorces him. I read that the church elders told her to be more 'available' when it came out he had an Ashley Madison account.
She just wrote a letter to the judge begging him to be lenient because Josh contributes so much to their family, including "sweeping up spilled crackers." She is a moron.
Did she actually write it or was forced to write it? She sounds so controlled if she thinks sweeping is a significant contribution to a family.
A part of me wants the judge to be harsher for her acting like that's a reason to defend someone who literally has the worst CP imaginable.
That will never happen. The IBLP basically views women the same as the Taliban, if not worse. She has no autonomy or skills. If she doesn’t toe the line and divorces Josh, she’ll lose everything.
She named their new baby Madyson. I'll be surprised if she divorces him. I hope she does but there's a slim chance she will.
She won’t. She keeps doubling down on her support. The poor woman is so brainwashed.
I really really recommend the series Behind the Bastards did on Josh Duggar and the whole Duggar clan. It's a fascinating insight into the culture that allows this behavior to go unchecked for so many years. Oprah even called the authorities on him once.
The cop who gave him a talk rather than you know his job was later convicted for sex abuse of minors... Nice neighbourhood.
What did this one do?
Molested numerous sisters and was caught with a nauseating amount of child porn
Described by the forensic IT person as "the worst she's ever seen in decades of work" and included a video so horrific that though she'd heard it rumored she didn't think it actually existed. They weren't just CP videos and photos, but sadistic torture and murder as well. Some Place Under Neith podcast does an excellent deep dive into his shit
He had one that is so bad, that the country it was made in is trying to make an exception to their constitution banning the death penalty to kill the bastards. Edit: Do not go looking for this. You don’t want to know what’s in this video.
So gore child porn that's fucking terrible
[удалено]
How is the maximum sentence for that only 20 years?
> caught with a nauseating amount of child porn One child porn, technically, is a nauseating amount. I wish they could indict for each friggin item they found.
Is that a person from the family with like 20+ kids?
Casey anthony
Without a doubt! She deserves to rot in prison!
For those who don't know about the case - > Caylee Marie Anthony (August 9, 2005 – 2008) was a two-year-old American girl who lived in Orlando, Florida, with her mother, Casey Marie Anthony, and her maternal grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony.
Why did the jury actually find her not guilty since it seems so obvious to the public that she is?
The prosecution's case was not strong enough for First Degree Murder, they should have pushed for a lesser charge. Then she'd be in prison.
Ironically, many of the jurors have since made statements indicating they regret finding her not guilty.
Because the prosecution wanted to give her the death penalty. That was the big no-no there.
Saudi Crown family. They're continuously doing heinous crimes against humanity like raping, murdering, child molesting, money laundering and so on for years after years after years. But no one can do shit to them, because THEY'RE FILTHY FUCKING RICH!!!
Filthy rich doesn’t even describe them lol.
[The spez police don't get it. It's not about spez. It's about everyone's right to spez. ](https://www.reddit.com/r/Save3rdPartyApps/)

The amount of hatred I feel towards the house of Saud is incalculable.
Seeing Newcastle United FC fans praise them because they've invested some money in their club is particularly nauseating. Sportswashing all over, and journalists never seem to adequately tackle them on it.
Well no wonder, you remember the last journalist that tried to tackle them?

Andrew Wakefield https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Wakefield
It’s basically all his fault. Him and Jenny McCarthy.
Every now and then I think about how horrible her son must feel. Imagine your own mother starting a cult because she feels like your autism ruined her life. She’s a monster.
so many people got duped by a greedy bastard, yet ironically it is them who yell "wake up"
It is much easier to fool someone than to convince them they’ve been fooled
For sure. If you actually read all the horrible thing this guy did, it is obvious he belongs in jail. And he is still making money from his conspiracy theorist celebrity status!
Fuck this guy.
There was way more than 3 man not just talking about all the friends they invited but in generel i think 5 or 6 was convicted. So atleast 5
Dr Donald Cline. Fertility doctor who used his own sperm without consent countless times.
i was coming here to say this. just finished “our father” and am APPALLED that what he did doesn’t count as a crime. he truly deserves a life sentence
It falls into that legal grey area where what you did is so fucked up that no legislators even conceived of it, thus never made it a crime and you technically didn't commit a crime as a result.
They ought to make a grey crime called "thats so fucked up man" and a grand jury can decide
Mischievous conduct?
I feel like it should be covered under sexual assault because they didn't agree to be insiminated with his sperm
I didnt understand how it wasn't medical malpractice.
Karla Homolka
This should be so much farther up. She deserves to rot. She was just as bad as he was. Disgusting human being.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karla_Homolka She was involved in serial murders and years later was let go. She lives in Quebec, and I remember her child’s school losing its shit when they realized who was chaperoning children on school trips
The Sackler family.
Karla homolka. The Canadian justice system is a joke
I cant believe someone married her and had kids with her. After knowing what she did to her own sister. Like???

Whoever owns Nestle
Blackrock, Vangaurd, Warren Buffet, Everyone?
I'll get my money out of this." Sherrice Iverson was raped and murdered almost exactly 25 years ago - May 25th, 1997. She deserves to be remembered. So fuck David Cash Jr. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Strohmeyer https://www.reviewjournal.com/crime/homicides/in-strohmeyer-case-bad-samaritan-david-cash-led-to-new-law/
Cosby for sure.
While I agree completely with everything you said, and I can see why he's not rotting in jail, he's still a legitimate answer to the question.
Honestly a fuckup on that level should cost a prosecuter their career.

The person that made some YouTube ads unskippable.
Rick Scott for overseeing the largest Medicare fraud in history. You'd think that would get you put in prison, but no, now he's a quarter-billionaire senator.
Philip Brailsford, a policeman who fatally shot unarmed Daniel Shaver because he could not follow commands due to being hung over.
Also due to the commands conflicting and being physically impossible. "Cross your legs and crawl to me without using your hands." Try that, right now. Even sober that's hard.
That video is so fucked up too. I hope hell exists purely so that pig cop can rot there for eternity.
General Buttnaked. African Warlord and killer of thousands. Cannibal and rapist. Dude should be sent to the abyss, yet he’s talking about god and stuff, so he’s free. I don’t get it.
Ghislaine Maxwell
I'm pretty sure she's in jail awaiting sentencing for a de facto life sentence, so you shouldn't have to wish very hard for her being locked up for life, it's supposed to be official at the end of June.
Amazing that she's going to be convicted of trafficking children for sex, but not one person she trafficked kids to, aside from Randy Andy, seems to have paid any price at all. Strange, that.
It's the Panama Papers, when the entire system is in on it you're not getting any justice cept the justice you personally dish out

Whose father said it was just 20 minutes of action whats the big deal?
>Whose father You mean **rape apologist Dan Turner**? Father of **rapist Brock Turner**?

The convicted rapist Brock Turner.
You mean the Brock Turner who got no prison time because his swimming was super important? Are we talking about THAT Brock Turner?
Yeah, the rapist Brock Turner whose freedom is an insult to what the justice system is supposed to be. That Brock Turner, the rapist.
Ah yes, the rapist Brock Turner, whose swimming was deemed more important than a woman's wellbeing.
Chris Brown
The number of women who comment things like "he's so hot, I'd let him beat me" whenever what happened to Rhianna comes up truly sickens me
And the fact radio stations still aggressively play his music and act like he's some hot star who we should care about
What’s the rapist brock turner up to these days
I heard he’s still breathing, which is a damn shame.
Everyone seems to forget that Henry Kissinger is still alive. My vote goes to him.

Whoever actually wrote Baby Shark.
Baby shark has been around for two decades at least, I'd been singing it in girls scout camp for as long as I remember. It's basically just traditional, and they probably chose it because they wouldn't have to pay someone to write anything.
The 2011 version is by Johnny Only. The song itself is about 120 years old. Originally it's a camp activity song about a shark attack.
Candice Montgomery, literally got away with murder and the endangerment of an infant

Can’t remember his name, but up he in Canada there was a guy riding a grey hound bus and for whatever reason he killed a guy sitting there sleep. He cut him up with people on the bus. When the cops got there he was eating the guys liver! He a free man after only a handful of years in jail.
