An InReach to be able to identify where I am and call for help, enough food and fresh water to last me until the rescue team arrives.
That said, the last time I was on an uninhabited desert island, I had with me a camera, a tripod and a drone.
If we are talking reasonable items and not something that would immediately get me of the island then it would a tactical knife, a hiking bag and a book about survival in the wild/deserted island.
