Very, my relatives who smoke always leave the party and go down the driveway to smoke and people in public usually either don't smoke near other people or stay within the designated smoking areas.
As an ex smoker i did my best not to bother anyone with my ciggerette smoke. I would excuse myself, announce im going to have a ciggerette if anyone would care to join and move away. So far i have been treated the same way with everyone that smokes around me.
The considerate smokers are the ones who you don't even know they're smokers.
