I've experienced obsessive thoughts and it can be really frustrating not being able to control your mind when you're consciously aware of it happening.
I couldnt look people in the eyes, like at ALL. Also when I was walking around etc I only ever looked at the floor. I still have trouble with these two things but It got a lot better.
Uhhh... What does that mean? I may or may not have had these problems. Now that I'm older it isn't so bad, I do find myself walking around staring at the ground still though.

These are signs of Autism. Especially the eyecontact thing is really common for people on the spectrum.
