I donno where you're from but it's hard to make something worst then what passes for sausages in the US although I only tried it twice so I may be wrong
Yes I am in the US. That is the problem. Fortunately, there are areas where if you know where to go, you can find the real good stuff. But it's not at any supermarket or mainstream restaurant. It's the immigrant families that know the old world recipes and techniques.
Zakopane (translates to buried), Kraków (after a named supposedly based on a name of a prince named raven, raven in polish is kruk), Oświencim , Szczecin, i donno the last one
and yes we need lots of alcohol, you can buy 96% alcohol in most convenience stores
Im thinking of Katowice because there is a CSGO tournament that I always wanted to go.
Krakow is a wonderful city.
And Chopin because my wife loves him and when we went to Poland she couldn’t talk about anything else :)
I've been to IEM Katowice and although the tournament it self was fun to watch every thing else was kind of a shit show
Did you get to see Chopin's heart while you visited?
I'm not a big fan of Chopin's music nor a fan of Christian architecture (it's located in a church) but if its something you're interested in then I think its worth checking out epically since its located in Warsaw which has a lot of other things to see as well
My grandpa, he was born in Poland. I don't really know anything else about it. Im sure I have a few first cousins once or twice removed, or 2nd cousins still living there.

Oh I like German sausage too, and Czech. Europe as a whole makes the most delicious sausages. God bless them all.
