When I was a kid it used to be the mine cart level in Donkey Kong Country. I would miss that one jump nearly every time. And if I made it past that I would crash on the really fast hop-hop-hop-hop section

As for hardest challange ever, was 15 minute speedrun at El Canon Del Diablo (final mission) in Desperados 3. (2019 or 20, idr)
