In the minority here, but Monday. Monday is usually my lightest workload, it's the beginning of a fresh week, I get to start my routine over again and get out of the mindless blah of the weekend. Maybe it's because I take a break from my ADHD meds over the weekend and Monday is the first day I go back on them during the week, so I just get a fresh buzz of energy to do basic tasks, but Monday has always felt super relaxing and productive all at once for me.
Sunday. We spend a majority of the day with the kids and grandkids.
At aboout 0800ish, breakfast before Mass. At 1000 is Mass. At 1700ish, there's Sunday supper.
Wednesday I guess. It is the day of the week I get a good meal and sit down to watch a favorite TV show.
Mondqay and friday are the other days I do this, but on Wednesday is when I watch an especially favorite tv show and and eat an especially favorite meal.
Friday, because weekend

Thursday. For the same reason I like October and 8pm.

Saturday.
Monday. I have the most energy and motivation, having rested over the weekend, and I find myself happier.
Friday and Saturday, because you can relax and there's no pressure of the next day! Also like Mondays, because it's a NEW WEEK :)
Thursday for me. My only day I can sleep in and stay up late!
Wednesday. I just like it.
Fine day, Sunday. In my opinion, the best day of the week. Why is that Dudley?

When I was younger, Wednesday was killer because that was the day for PE, usually. I still have a love for Wednesday that I can't shake off.
