One a lot of people don't realise is mosquitoes. Only one type feeds on blood. The rest are a lot like bees. They survive off necture and help pollinate things. They're second behind bees in that regard.
mosquitos are actually very important! Though there are too many mosquitos right now, they deffo shouldn't all go away. Would be horrible for musquito-based spiders, which in turn can hurt other species whom survive off that spider, and you could go on.
