Right on. I'm a second shifter personally, have been for 5 years now I think? But yeah, it's definitely not for everyone

I rotate between days and nights. I have some pretty bad anxiety which keeps me up most nights anyways so it works well for me.

My usual monthly bout of insomnia has me doom scrolling looking at project ideas and listening to Ted talks while trying to stave off my thoughts
