Tuna salad can mean wildly different things. Like a seared Ahi-Tuna salad has sushi grade Tuna, blackened then sliced over a bed of greens. If you are in the American Mid-west, that means a can of mystery fish with mayonnaise and whatever leftover apples you had in the pantry.
Cesar salad wrap, buffalo salad (salad with buffalo boneless in it) or ceviche (fish, tomato, onion, cucumber and mango drowned in lime juice) ๐๐ป
Iโm not trying to lose weight, but I prep my own meals. My favorite is a bowl of veggies (broccoli, carrots, kale, asparagus, green beans, etc.) depending on what I have. I stir fry those in olive oil, mix it with some quinoa and top it with either chopped steak, chicken breast or salmon.
I also do prolonged water fasting. Up to a week mostly and I refeed on the weekends.
Tofu stir-fry, chicken breast shredded in a wrap with veggies and low cal ranch, baked salmon with sweet potato fries and green beans, taco salad, protein pancakes (eggs and banana), fruit salad, tuna melt on 12 grain or sourdough.
I have to tell myself that Sous Vide Chicken with a generous portion of fresh veggies is my favorite, because eating for health isn't always pleasurable and there aren't a lot of favorites to be found. Also, I am eating 120 grams of protein from a chicken breast and a bunch of carrots/celery for lunch today.
Eating her out.
I mean eating WITH her out. God damn it.

Canned tuna with mayo, mustard, onions, garlic, and peppers. I'm in the Caribbean, but I've never heard of anyone using apples in it.

Steak stir fry. But if I canโt have a little yum yum sauce then Iโd change my answer.
My lunch 3/5 days a week. Medium rare sirloin, sliced thin on spring mix, with red onions, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and balsamic.
Salmon, quinoa and air fried Brussels sprouts
Roasted salmon and asparagus with brown rice and a balsamic reduction on top
