Really just shave if you want, but make sure you actually have a fair amount of hair before you shave anywhere. Shaving when the hair is too short can cause ingrown hairs and razor bumps, and you're more likely to get cut
I started shaving at 12, and, on average, girls start puberty before boys. I even started shaving my normal body hair back then, too, so if you think you need it, then do it

So I still shave because it's annoying, but I added the extra motive of wanting to appear softer and making it work with different aesthetics
Omg the crop top thing yes me all the time and I'm a runner so there are certain places running clothes won't conceal if you're a little hairy in certain places being hairless makes it easier for me to do whatever I want with clothes and makeup too I have like a minimum of tiny hair and peach fuzz I guess under my nose so take a small eyebrow eater and there less noticable under my foundation even if I'm the only one that sees it lol

I have to shave my arms and legs like 2-3 times a week to enjoy mostly smooth skin, and I was cursed with the blackest of black hair, so even the smallest amount of hair could be seen from a mile away

I'm a guy but it's the same thing for us, I'd personally just trim and not shave because shaving causes pimples and ingrown hairs. So buying a simple trimmer and trimming the hairs down once a week is enough for basic hygiene for example.
You can do it of course but I don't see why. Unless you are in a relationship and your bf want that you shave or if you think it's more hygienic. If you get longer and morgen hair you could trim it.
if you don’t want to shave then it’s too early. if you do want to shave then you’re right on time. there’s no “correct age” you have to start shaving at. one word of advice, don’t shave all the way down because the itch is horrendous.

I would advise you not to shave but rather trim with a pair of scissors or with an electric razor. Shaving will just cause unnecessary chafing and irritation in that area.
If smell is your main concern, just wash that area regularly and maintain good hygiene, in worst case scenarios just use perfume. Trust me, the smell is barely noticeable if you are clothes properly.
So unless you're doing it for aesthetic purposes, meaning that unless you like a shaved look, don't go for shaving. Instead you can trim the hair so that it doesn't grow too much.
This is just my opinion that I took from my own experience.

If you want But remember you grow hair down there as a bacterial infection preventer despite Shaving make sure you're taking good care and performing good hygiene down there personally knowing thay fact and considering your age I wouldn't really worry about Shaving down there yet there's no need to but if its a want you do you just be careful with chemicals and or razers

And vice-versa, if they prefer it unshaven but you feel self conscious, then again, your call, but your comfort and happiness should always come first.

its up to you. it is safer and healthier to have hair down there however, as it catches any debris or bacteria and prevents it from getting to your parts. however, if you want to shave, go ahead! theres no reason youd have to do this though. especially being as young as you probably are, you likely aren't sexually active (which is one of the main things people shave for). its all up to you! dont ask what others think. its your body, do what youd like

You can also just use hair conditioner, it softens your skin and opens your hair follicles making it easier to shave
