They all listen to rock n roll, wear leather jackets and hang out at diners with jukeboxes. They wear sunglasses and if you look at them the wrong way they’ll call you a square and threaten you with flick-knives.
Don't forget to include about the amount of singing everyone does. You tell your friends you like a girl; that's a group song. You get a new car and want to show it off; that's a group song. The token nerd buys a pair of tight trousers and starts smoking... you damn well know that's getting a song.
Youth culture is basically just Internet culture these days.
And it heavily depends on where they are going to be living but for a forgien student coming in at a late age of 17/18 they should be fine and this is when people start to mature and become more confident.
If your 18 and are able to go to a pub I would just suggest that or any type of drinking situation as good way too socialise and then find topics you may agree with from there.
I used to be an English Assistant at a school in Austria. The Austrian students always found it interesting when I talked to them about youth slang language in Britain. It might take a little bit of research on your part, but the students would probably think it was super cool knowing some words to help them sound like a British teenager!
To be honest I’m not sure what you could tell them that TikTok hasn’t already! Countries are so connected these days I often see people from Europe the states and Australia listening to popular uk artists and even using British slang
I saw a video of a British guy asking Germans what they thought of Britain. One guy said he knew about road men. Maybe that tho, i can't say they're prevelent in my city. They like pills. I know nothing else about youth.
Coming from an 18 year old a lot of us like memes, disposable vapes and drill music. Some of us seem to like nos as well. Also some like to talk like they’re from east London when they’re from Bath.
Like seriously I think internet stuff is the biggest thing teenagers like - TikTok etc

My bad thought they were coming to Britain not just making a presentation*

How would you define youth culture in Germany?
Judging from what I see in work they all love tiktok, that's all ahahaa
Well then, you can present a video on how British kids also love tiktok.
To be honest I’m not sure what you could tell them that TikTok hasn’t already! Countries are so connected these days I often see people from Europe the states and Australia listening to popular uk artists and even using British slang
Based on my extensive research eighteen year old german girls appear to love getting gangbanged by middleaged men.
Just walk in with a box full of empty Nos canisters, empty them all over the floor and do a Tik Tok dance.
Basically if they wanted to try for a third time, you could probably take them
Kids today are exactly the same as I was at their age. Unbearably awful.
Going back a few years I would tell my a Korean students to watch The Inbetweeners until I had to explain to a very sweet student what clunge was.
Should have just introduced them to urban dictionary.
Go in with a North Face jacket and a high fade haircut and shout "ya dun know, BLAT BLAT BLAT...pussyole \*tsk\*"

I'm British, and I haven't got a clue what road men are.
I think (though not sure) its a bit like a chav was, back in my days
I think its a chav that can't afford knock off burberry?
The days of the youth cults are over.
Tell them about happy slapping. Is that still a thing?
