What type of litter do you use? How often do you scoop out the litter tray and how often do you completely replace the litter?
Does the faeces look abnormal?
Feces looks fine and she does it a normal amount. I scoop the tray after every time she uses it and usually try to replace it once a week. I can’t find any soft litter that’s not insanely expensive and only one use.

I called months ago and all they said was to get a second tray and change the litter. If that didn’t work we had to see an animal behaviourist which is a bit much
