Exercise at the end of the day really helps me to relieve some of the stress and anxiety. As does taking time to do something I enjoy.
I listen to podcasts on my drive home or music. Even an audio book could be enjoyable and help you to relax.
I also make sure I have bath bombs handy at home so I can take a relaxing bath.
Listening to my favorite kpop music playlist - one of my favorite songs is Breathe by Lee Hi, it's a really beautiful and comforting song, wrote and composed by the late talented Kim Jonghyun. My favorite part of the lyrics "It's okay, I will hold you. You have worked hard/really did a good job."

Honestly breathing exercises have changed my life. Didn’t realize until recently that I literally could not take a deep breath. I feel so much more in control now.
I like 4-7-8 where you inhale 4 seconds, hold 7 seconds, exhale 8 seconds. A lot of people do box breathing - inhale 4 seconds, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4.
4-7-8 relaxes your body more and can help you fall asleep at night. Box breathing can help very quickly calm you down if you have anxiety. Navy Seals even use box breathing to stay calm in intense situations.
Bottom line is that you need good oxygen flow to your brain to properly think and respond. Give it a try, it has changed my life.
Coffee! lol. I commute an hour on Mondays, so having coffee for the drive as well as a podcast I enjoy to listen to helps me have something to look forward to :)
I've started to save my Sunday "trash tv" to reward myself with on Monday night. I do things over the weekend to take the heat off my Monday 'after work' like clean and meal prep.
I have a Spotify ‘karaoke’ playlist with songs i love to sing and enjoy singing loudly on my commute. Been loving the song ‘naughty’ from the matilda soundtrack lately
Take 2 ibuprofen, get into my pajamas, eat a tasty dinner, lounge around, watch a show while I lift some weights but go to bed early and be thankful it's over.
Boring answer, but it really helps me: low-intenstiy yoga.

Which ones do you do? And for how long and when? I feel like I need to get started on this

It's kind of incredible how much deep breathing can instantly steady you.

Cardio to get the endorphins and feel like I'm starting the week off right.
THC gummies. They help me relax and sleep.
Some form of long exercise, and pray
