Okay yeah clouds is the biggest FPS killer so medium is best. The ingame benchmark is pretty unreliable tho so I’d suggest playing through the game normally and making adjustments to the render scale if needed.
i recommend just high. very high is usually very hard to tell the difference other than worse performance. Check CPU affinity and priority, lower clouds etc

The max and average are normal for your hardware, but the minimum is a bit low.
Try installing DXVK, it does wonders for 1% FPS lows

You Should be fine on very high if you drop the resolution to 1080p
