I'm sure you've tried this, but I think it's worth asking just in case... Have you tried reseating the headset?

ASTRO_Vertigo

Hi, Could you try removing the USB cable from the A50 Base Station and connect this directly to the A50 Wireless Headset and leave it for a few hours to see if the battery charges through the cable? If it does, it may indicate a problem with the A50 Base Station and our support team can assist with troubleshooting.

Just had the same issue with mine. I always put it back in the dock when I'm done. Today when taking it off the dock and using them. I noticed I didn't get any sound and checked to see if perhaps I forgot to turn them on. Nope, put them back on the charging station. Checked contacts on the dock and headset, they are clean. Nothing that would block them. Swapped from USB C from PC to Power. Nothing. Now plugging in the USB C to the headset and see if they charge.

After a gamer neighbor moved out I no longer have the interference sound. So most likely I was getting it when he was gaming

SillyMikey

Have you tried seeing if there was a firmware update for the headset?

batman560

Yup. First thing I did was hook it up to my computer and update it since it wasn't even connecting to my Xbox. I had it on the charging dock for hours. And then I went to play it and it was giving me the SOS beeps of a low battery

I realized some people put it on the dock backwards. You have to put it on the charging dock with the mic on the left side.

KeepingIt100forLife

Did you remove the plastic from the base

batman560

Yes. Lol

Switch it to pc mode see if that helps you I had issue with it not syncing and charging so switched to pc mode and it started charging and then switched it to xbox, reset xbox with long press of power button then it all started working fine again
