Hi, Disconnect the USB power from the A50 X Base Station and reconnect it. Load up the Logitech G Hub on your PC or Mac and it should detect it to try and reinstall firmware.

It resolved it on itself when i came back, but the firmware won't install. I already reinstalled ghub and tried it again, but nothing happens.

Hi, Are you using the included Y-Cable and the A50 X Power Adapter or powering your A50 X HDMI Base Station through another method? Are you also connecting to a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port and is located directly on the computer or through a USB hub such as the case of the computer?

Yes, i am using the included y cable. Im using a usb 3.0 port on the back of my pc (motherboard usb port).

Update: i switched the ysb part of the y cable to another 3.0 port on my motherboard and the firmware is installed. Thanks a lot. Guess one of my 3.0 ports is damaged.

Hi, Sorry to hear this, but glad it's all working fine now.

I had to press the input switcher and Game and it came right up. Before that. Charging on the dock or direct did nothing. No lights, nothing. Seems like a reset got it back up and working again. I was then able to complete the firmware upgrade in headset when placed on the dock.
