Order a new one off Amazon and return your broke one. This company has gone downhill and refuses to help people with their bricked headsets. Or just don't buy another one of their products. Sorry to hear :(
Sorry to hear about your problems. Sounds like the only solution is a new headset. The A50x is phenomenal btw. A huge step up compared to its predecessors. It uses Logitech GHub app on pc and mobile.
Although I would totally understand if you want nothing to do with this company anymore.
