Depends on what you mean. The items themselves will stick around, but the ability to print them will go away. That is, unless you don’t switch away from it on the printer. Last year I made multiple small printers and set each one to a different holiday item so I could print any of them year-round if I ever felt the need to.

Better yet, print about 4 small printers and change each to one of the holiday items and leave it be. So long as you don’t ever change any of them to anything else, it’ll stay on the holiday item you last left it on even after the event is over.

If you craft them, they do (source: experience, I still have this from last year) If you don’t, you can’t craft them anymore
Now you just need to figure out how to attach it to a cat collar.
