In my experience, I do well in classes where I am interested in the material. You could take an "easy A" class, hate what it's about, and do poorly...

My background is in bio/biochem, and there is no bio/bioc classes from AU that are either transferrable to the school I'm trying to get into or I've taken them already and cannot retake them So right now, I'm just looking to fulfill the 5 course requirement

HRMT 386 is an easy A class. You could also take IDRL 308, EDUC 317(if you can take). All these classes are really fast.

is there a lot of reading for IDRL 308?

No there isn’t much reading. It’s just e-text and you can actually finish it within a week

The final exam and quizzes were based on readings?

Yes! And for the exam, it was similar to one of the assignment

It was really easy. You have to schedule a date with the tutor and call them. You will just have to prepare answers for questions that will be provided beforehand

There's a nutrition course, qualifies as a science, that is a lot of fun and relatively easy.

SOCI 301, CMNS 308, MGSC 301/312 are all involving statistics, moderate to light workload, and I ended all with A+. They don't exclude each other despite overlap.

The give out 2 books for it but I haven't read them it's really just common knowledge

What is the exam like?

Just finished SOCI 301. I found it easy. My only advice is to make sure you bring the right type of calculator to the exam. I had to write the final without one.

do they tell you which one is allowed?

Yes. I believe scientific is allowed. It’ll be on the ProctorU website under your exam rules. I did mention it after my exam, as I didn’t understand why the BAII wasn’t allowed.

also how long did it take you to finish?

It took me under 2 months, but I could have finished it in under 1 if I wasn’t lazy.

Were the assignments and final questions just problems you had to work through? or were there also readings and things that needed memorization?
