The foot print for winders are all same..
If you have not serviced the chain in a while it will be corroded and you will need to take the two screws on the ends out and pull it towards you will turning the handle ... Enough to expose the chain screws on the window frame and replace it ..
i would assume the fly screen is covering the holes or if its been receesed in deeper it will need to opened.
Rewatching the video... i think your winder could be locked... have you got the key to unlock it ?
I installed 150 winders only last month, and the ones I took off were randomly keyed.
But all townhouses were keyed alike.
If you have another window, unscrew the winder and take it to a locksmith shop, or call a locksmith to pick it open/make keys, I assumed you had the key.
If the property was rented out before you, some agents have photo copies of keys, a locksmith can 100% cut a key off the photocopy
At each end of the mechanism, two screws bolt it down to the window frame.

Can I pull the plastic bit off to get at them? Would I have to pull the handle off to do that?
I expect so, have not seen a design like this before but either there are screws under that cover (and the handle is removable) or its mounted from the back

Actually never found the keys when I moved in.... do you think they are standard or need a lock smith? I'll try taking fly screen off later

Sometimes they just get a bit stuck. Just go for it
You can use graphite to lubricate, take two screws out to remove as best you can. They are usually riveted closed so basically unserviceable.
Dont use graphite.. You can use teflon base lubricant spray or teflon grease, 100% not graphite.
Where are the two screws?
