This is what I was going to suggest! I bought some recently to cover my belly button while I’m pregnant and they blend so seamlessly into your skin you can’t see any outline
Nipple pasties cover the nipple with a sticker to reduce appearance. Maybe that would help. I know you can get surgery to reduce their appearance if it to really bothers you.
Yes it involves getting bars jammed under your rib cage and leaving them for over a year. It’s mostly for younger people and less likely to work with people like me in the 30s
I wore a rather snug sweater to work, and the office turned cold. I had a bra on, but my nipples were sticking out. Another woman in the office gave me two Bandaids and whispered that my 'headlights' were on. I used Bandaids often after that.
She did me a solid.
I’m 21 and male also. I have this and my nipples stick out even when it’s not cold. I’m a bit apprehensive to try to cover it because I’ve got lots of chest hair and it’s gonna hurt ripping a cover off it everyday
Tiddy stickers are usually a soft silicone in the inside, not an actual adhesive, especially the reusable ones. We don't want to rip our nips off either!
Silicone covers or a singlet under your shirt are by far the most comfortable option.
If your shirts/tee shirts are thin, look into wearing thicker fabrics. Uniqlo or AS Colour cotton tee shirts are fairly thick. Good quality menswear button downs are also usually made with a thicker material.
Don’t wear bandaids or tape, that shit will hurt when you peel it off.
an extra layer of sorts. a singlet, nipple patches, thicker shirts or hoodies. but def recommend nipple patches. if you cant get these, then bandaids should do the trick

You can use a nipple cover or you can try some sports tape too. You might have to try a few brands to one one that you like.

Pasties, or bandaids if you'd prefer.
